Agents' Comments:
Having tested the market previously the vendor is now committed to sell and Talyealye and Karto represent an opportunity to purchase a low cost, large scale western grazing operation that will run cattle, sheep or goats with carbon farming potential.
The aggregation offers sheer size and balance of country enabling diversity and large numbers to ensure high production capacity whilst affording the astute pastoralist an opportunity to acquire a large scale grazing enterprise with relative ease.
