The owners of 'Minniberri Farms' have decided it's time to sell the family farm and it will be auctioned at 2 PM on Thursday 26th September this spring.

'Minniberri Farms' has a full list of building improvements including a four Bedroom brick and tile homestead, which has been well maintained, is air conditioned and fenced. Adjoining the main homestead is a one bedroom cottage which has been recently refurbished with floor coverings, new roofing and a coat of paint.

Farm buildings include a 3 stand, steel frame and iron, shearing shed which presents in good working order and includes shearing heads. On the southern side of the shed a steel-frame lean-to provides protection from the elements for staff and sheep in the steel sheep yards adjacent the shed. The general purpose shed is approximately 20m x 20m, steel frame and iron construction and includes a central ramp and a 4m x 4m lockable, enclosed, powered work-shop. On the western section of the farm a steel frame and iron, fully enclosed, 3 bay fertiliser shed provides approximately 150 tonnes of fertiliser storage. Approximately 60% of the property features quality sandplain/duplex soils with mostly Mallee as the original vegetation. The balance is clay loams, whose native vegetation is mostly Salmon gum. The farm is mostly set high in the surrounding landscape and has been thoughtfully contoured, with tree belts strategically planted, both to control water movement and limit any erosion. The paddock rotation has included a portion to pasture and the balance to cereal crops.

Water is supplied by five water meters connected to the government water supply scheme and piped across the farm with ample tanks and troughs in place. There is also one dam.

A long-term fencing program, put in place by the owners, has resulted in above average stockproof fencing into 20 main paddocks which enables this property to be stocked with confidence.
'Minniberri Farms' is located 14kms south from Kununoppin on the Doodlakine-Kellerberrin road with frontage to Sachse, Couper and Stapleton roads.
