- Barkers Creek forms western boundary (give and take) with permanent running water-fed by Meandu Creek which runs with permanent excess from Tarong Power station. Council rates are $1601 per half year.

- Consists of approximately 164 ac of cultivation all of which developed for irrigation. The balance is suitable dryland grazing, with some cultivation. Water availability is a feature:
- 2 registered equipped bores, both with electric submersible pumps and interconnected to the whole of the cultivation area with underground mains and numerous access hydrants. Present irrigation is done with 3 Monsoon machines with hose length of 350 m

- One bore delivers approx. 10,000gph and the other approximately 14,000gph.
- Both bores have water at about 70 ft. Neither bore licences are metered at present and there is NO restriction on amount of water taken.
- In addition, there are two 12Ha water licences off the creek which features a permanent water hole and provides excellent water for stock and irrigation. The pump is a 15kw submersible with a capacity of 12,000gph. There is no restriction on the amount of water taken with these licenses.

- As there are no internal fences, the various crops grown are determined by areas able to be serviced by the travelling irrigators. There is one area of about 10ha that is fenced but is able to be watered, and is used to fatten cattle, with oats or forage sorghum.
- Hay or grain mostly made from crops of barley and oats and Lucerne. Grain and forage sorghum has been previously grown.

- Hayshed/Machinery shed, (64m x 10m) steel frame, enclosed on three sides, is located on the eastern end of the farm area in an elevated location. There is also an area prepared for a proposed house site.
- The shed has a proposed workshop area at one end, power is connected. This shed is incomplete and construction is progressing.
